CLAIMS POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service line or whatsapp to 0995726851 immediately with the following information:

The reason for the return

  • Order or invoice number
  • The code of the item you want to return
  • Photographic evidence

You can claim that a product is defective and return it within 7 days after the date of receipt. Unless a member of the support team has verified the proof of the defect, a refund, credit or replacement may not be requested.

If you do not have the product in stock, you can choose to request a credit note issuing a credit note valid for 30 days to be used in the purchase of any other product.
