If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept changes and returns within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The product has to be returned in the same condition in which you received it (new, unused and with all the labels on it), in which case the return costs of the merchandise will be assumed directly by the customer.

To be able to help you, you must contact us and give us the following information:

• The reason for the return
• Order or invoice number
• The code of the item you want to return

In case of return of the merchandise caused by any other reason, unrelated to damage to the garments, MOZZAFIATO CIA. LTDA. will issue a credit note valid for 30 days in favor of the customer for the client to use it.

In case your delivery has not been according to what you bought, that is to say mistakes of size or model, please contact us to offer you a solution to the inconvenience. The only requirement is that you send us the garment that was delivered wrongly.
