SHIPPING POLICY

Once the payment of the order has been confirmed, the standard delivery time will be 4 business days maximum. For payments by credit card, the payment platform must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take up to two business days.

At the time of approval of the payment of your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation. If the order is not received in the period of time mentioned before, you must contact our support team.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address entered at the time of purchase. In case you have typed wrong data, the delivery time may be longer or the order may not arrive. MOZZAFIATO CIA. LTDA. is not responsible for delivery addresses wrongly entered by the buyer.

We reserve the right not to make deliveries in some destinations for safety reasons to avoid putting in risk the physical integrity of the drivers and helpers at the time of delivery. In case of not being able to make the delivery in a safe way we will be contacting you to inform you that the purchase of our store or the nearest courier office used for the delivery should be withdrawn.

If there is not a person who can receive the products, the courier will try again within 24 working hours. A visitor's notice will always be left at the recipient's address.

After the above mentioned attempts, the package will return to a designated courier center so that the customer can pick it up directly. After 2 days in the center of the courier, the order will return to MOZZAFIATO CIA. LTDA.. In these cases, the customer will have to go to our store to pick up the products.

Once your order is received, check that the product is not open or with signs of tampering or violation of security seals. Similarly, check the status of the package or boxes. If you find any sign of alteration in them, refrain from receiving the product and make the respective annotation in the delivery guide.

The signature of the courier's guide by the customer, is acceptance of the receipt of the product(s) to conformity and therefore no subsequent claims for abuse, deterioration, discoloration, scratches, bumps, incorrect use, lack of use or negligence will be accepted.

The delivery time is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Deliveries can not be made at an exact time. In case you have any concerns with the dispatch of the product you can contact the customer service line or whatsapp to 0995726851 from Monday to Saturday from 9am-6pm, or through our email hello@vontachi.com. The packages are sent in a totally traceable service, we will send you an email with the tracking code of your package.
